State of Illinois v. TW

TW was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in Lake County. He was pulled while driving to a gas station following a wedding. He performed all field sobriety tests. Sami was a part of the trial team that defended TW on the charges. TW was faced with a conviction of a class A misdemeanor, as well as a revocation of his driver’s license. After two hours of deliberation, TW was found NOT GUILTY of driving under the influence of alcohol.
